Cleaners bring all cleaning products. We ask that you provide a vacuum, mop, and bucket, as most cleaners use public transportation and can’t carry large equipment.

All payments are made securely online through our booking system. Your card is charged only after the cleaning is completed. We use Stripe, a trusted U.S. payment processor, to ensure your payment info is safe.
Yes, and it’s always appreciated! Tips can be given directly in cash to your cleaner at the time of service.

Yes. All cleaners go through a multi-stage vetting process including ID verification, experience screening, test cleans, and reference checks.
Yes. All cleaners are covered under general liability insurance. In the rare case of accidental damage, please report it within 24 hours and include photos if possible.
Yes. Many clients prefer to leave a key or provide door codes. Your cleaner can enter, complete the job, and secure the property as instructed.
We’ll notify you in advance and do our best to provide a temporary replacement. If we’re holding your keys, they’ll be transferred securely between cleaners or returned to you as needed.
Yes. You may provide your cleaner with a key for future access. For extra security, you can also opt for a key lockbox or concierge drop-off.
