What areas do you serve in Florida?

We currently provide residential cleaning services throughout Sarasota - Manatee and nearby areas. If you're unsure whether we cover your neighborhood, feel free to reach out!

How do I book a cleaning appointment?

Booking is easy! You can book online through our website or call us directly. We’ll confirm your appointment by email or phone within 15 minutes during business hours.

Can I cancel or reschedule a clean?

Yes. You can cancel or reschedule your appointment at no charge with at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations made within 24 hours may be subject to a fee to compensate the cleaner’s lost time.

When are cleaners available to work?

Our standard cleaning hours are Monday to Saturday, 8 AM to 6 PM. Limited Sunday appointments are available upon request, but we recommend booking in advance.

Can I request the same cleaner for every visit?

We recommend booking at least 24 hours in advance. While we’ll always try to accommodate last-minute requests, availability may be limited.

Do you offer monthly cleaning with the same cleaner?

Monthly cleaning is available, but we can't guarantee the same cleaner unless you're on a weekly or bi-weekly schedule.

What’s included in a standard cleaning?

Our standard cleaning includes bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, living areas, and hallways. We follow a detailed checklist to ensure consistent quality. You can also book extras like fridge cleaning, oven cleaning, and laundry.

Can I provide specific cleaning instructions?

Yes. Let us know during booking if you have specific requests or priorities. Your cleaner will do their best to accommodate within the booked time.

Do you offer move-in, move-out, or post-construction cleaning?

We specialize in standard residential cleanings. For deep move-out or post-construction jobs requiring heavy-duty equipment, we recommend contacting a specialized cleaning company.

Do you offer Airbnb cleaning services?

Yes! We work with several Airbnb hosts in Sarasota - Manatee. Just ensure we have clear instructions for property access (e.g., lockbox code or concierge pickup).

Will my cleaner bring their own supplies and equipment?

Cleaners bring all cleaning products. We ask that you provide a vacuum, mop, and bucket, as most cleaners use public transportation and can’t carry large equipment.

Can my cleaner clean delicate surfaces like marble or hardwood?

Yes, but please let us know in advance. If you have specific products for delicate surfaces, leave them out with instructions.

Can my cleaner do laundry or ironing?

Yes. You can add ironing (30 or 60 minutes) or laundry folding to your booking.

Pricing & Payment

How much does a home cleaning cost?

Our prices are based on the size of your home — number of bedrooms and bathrooms — and any additional services requested. All pricing is listed clearly on our booking page.

How do I pay for my cleaning service?

All payments are made securely online through our booking system. Your card is charged only after the cleaning is completed. We use Stripe, a trusted U.S. payment processor, to ensure your payment info is safe.

Can I tip my cleaner?

Yes, and it’s always appreciated! Tips can be given directly in cash to your cleaner at the time of service.

Do you offer discount codes or promotions?

From time to time, we run special offers. If you have a promo code, you can apply it at checkout when booking online.

Trust & Policies

Are your cleaners background checked?

Yes. All cleaners go through a multi-stage vetting process including ID verification, experience screening, test cleans, and reference checks.

Is my cleaner insured?

Yes. All cleaners are covered under general liability insurance. In the rare case of accidental damage, please report it within 24 hours and include photos if possible.

Can my cleaner clean while I’m not home?

Yes. Many clients prefer to leave a key or provide door codes. Your cleaner can enter, complete the job, and secure the property as instructed.

What if my cleaner is unavailable or on vacation?

We’ll notify you in advance and do our best to provide a temporary replacement. If we’re holding your keys, they’ll be transferred securely between cleaners or returned to you as needed.

Can I leave a key with my cleaner?

Yes. You may provide your cleaner with a key for future access. For extra security, you can also opt for a key lockbox or concierge drop-off.

Are cleaners okay with pets in the home?

Yes! Our cleaners are comfortable working around friendly pets. Just let us know in advance if your pet has specific needs or routines.

How do I submit feedback or file a complaint?

If you’re not 100% satisfied, please contact us within 24 hours. We’ll investigate and may offer a re-clean or a discount as a gesture of goodwill.
